Diamond Resales offers both new and gently used merchandise, including but not limited to:

Because many of our items are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and inventory may change without notice.

Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless:

• The wrong item was shipped.

• The item arrives significantly different from its description.

• The item is required by law to be returned or refunded.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

Customers may choose shipping or local pickup when available.

For shipped orders:

• Shipping times are estimates.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered by the carrier.

For local pickup:

• Customers are responsible for collecting their orders within the timeframe provided.

• Valid identification may be requested during pickup.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Resales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
