Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available. Diamond Resales is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Diamond Resales is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
