Diamond Resales Shipping Policy

At Diamond Resales, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please note that all delivery timeframes below are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Cutoff Time Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time Orders are carefully prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Items sourced from third-party suppliers may require additional handling time — we'll notify you if there's any delay.

• Hawaii, Alaska & US Territories: Flat rate — contact us at info@diamondresales.com for a quote
• Standard US (Estimated): 5–9 business days (handling + transit combined)
• Express US (Estimated): 4–7 business days (handling + transit combined)
• Tracking information provided as soon as your order ships

International Shipping Select items ship internationally via our supplier network. International orders are subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Diamond Resales is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

• Express International (Estimated): 8–16 business days
